Atlanta, GA, April 26, 2009 -- At the soon-to-be-opened FEMA/State Joint Field Office (JFO), Logistics Specialist Dexter Spalding and IT Telecom Manager Thomas Crane prepare telephones for distribution. A Federal Disaster Declaration was signed April 23 for 27 Georgia Counties as result of severe storms, flooding, tornadoes and straight line winds beginning on March 26.
