Moorhead, MN, April 7, 2009 -- City and contract workers delivering sandbags to residents that will soon be on the river side of a massive temporary clay dike. As the Red River swells for the second time in less than two weeks, the town is erecting a clay dike to protect a majority of residents, but helping riverside homes to build barriers against the coming flood.
