What if I forgot my password?

iSDP Members should register and use iForgotMyPassWord.

How do I change my password?

iSDP Members can go to http://password.mail.nih.gov to change their password.

How do I logon to the iSDP website?

Once you have been assigned an iSDP account name and password, you will be able to access the secured sections of the website. When you are prompted, please enter your account name and password.

If you are prompted for a domain, please enter your information as follows:

    User Name:  accountname
    Password:   password
    Domain:   nih

If you are not prompted for a domain, please add your domain before the account name. See example below:

    User Name:  nih/accountname
    Password:   password

I can't access the site with my account name and password. What do I do?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to access the website with your account information:

  1. If you are not prompted for a domain when you logon, please add it before your account name. See example above.
  2. You may be able to access some downloads and not others, according to which agreements your agency/institute subscribes. Please check with your iSDP Contact to see which software downloads you should be able to access.
  3. If you have tried the above steps and still cannot logon, please contact ithelpdesk@nih.gov.

How do I add or delete a Member for my group?

Only iSDP Contacts may request changes to their group's iSDP member list. To add or delete a member, please email citdcsisdpstaff@mail.nih.gov.
