Standard Operating Procedures

The goal of the redesigned Public Assistance Program is to provide assistance to our customers in a more consistent, efficient and effective manner. We are achieving this goal by clearly documenting our business processes and training personnel to the doctrine. To this end, we are developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various components of the redesigned Public Assistance Program. SOPs have been completed for the following process elements:
