Clallam, Clark, Columbia, Cowlitz, Ferry, Garfield, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Klickitat, Lewis, Lincoln, Mason, Pacific, Pend Oreille, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Walla Walla, and Whatcom Counties.

(Assistance for emergency protective measures (Category B), including snow removal assistance, to save lives and to protect public health and safety):

This emergency assistance will be provided for a period of 48 hours for the counties of Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Clallam, Columbia, Cowlitz, Franklin, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, King, Kittitas, Klickitat, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Spokane, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Walla Walla, Whatcom, Whitman, and Yakima.

Stevens County for emergency protective measures [Category B], including snow removal assistance, under the Public Assistance program for any continuous 48-hour period during or proximate to the incident period (already designated for Public Assistance [Categories A-G]).

Whitman County for Public Assistance [Categories A-G] (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], including snow removal assistance, under the Public Assistance program for any 48-hour period during or proximate to the incident period).

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties in the State of Washington are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
