(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for emergency work and the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities):

Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, and Yamhill Counties.

(Assistance for emergency protective measures (Category B), including snow removal assistance, to save lives and to protect public health and safety):

This emergency assistance will be provided for a period of 48 hours for Clackamas, Columbia, Hood River, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill Counties.

Washington County for Public Assistance [Categories A-G] (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], including snow removal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties in the State of Oregon are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
