(4) Louisa and Ringgold for Categories A and B of the Public Assistance Program and Individual Assistance. (2) Grundy, Humboldt, Lucas, Palo Alto and Union for Public Assistance. (5) Clayton and Jackson for Categories A - G of the Public Assistance Program and Individual Assistance. (2) Calhoun, Des Moines, Henry, Lee, Muscatine, Pottawattamie, Sac, Scott, Wapello and Webster for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance.
