Welcome to ESC. The Electronic Systems Center is a dynamic organization with the important mission of providing the latest in command and control and information systems for the Air Force, the Department of Defense and our allies. We currently manage approximately 200 programs, and have an annual budget of more than $3 billion. Many of our systems represent America's most valuable defense assets, such as the E-3 AWACS and the E-8 Joint STARS.

The 350th Electronic Systems Wing is a unit of the Air Force Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom AFB, Mass. The wing develops, acquires, fields and sustains systems for C2, ISR and communication capabilities for Air Force, joint and coalition operations. It services five major commands, three U.S. services, seven combatant commanders, three national agencies, NORAD and NATO. The 554th Electronic Systems Wing develops, fields sustains and operates worldwide communications-computer and force protection systems and capabilities for the President and Secretary of Defense, CJCS, unified combatant commanders, services and specified Department of Defense and non-DoD agencies to direct military forces. The 653d Electronic Systems Wing executes a $21 billion Fiscal Year Defense Plan budget with 1,300 personnel. The wing acquires, delivers and sustains AF and Joint systems to include communications, intelligence and airspace management capabilities supporting AF Continuous Global Operations. The 653d provides engineering/integration to optimize delivery of net-centric capabilities to the warfighter for effects-based combat operations support. More |

The Electronic Systems Center's Acquisition Center of Excellence is a multi-functional team of experienced, top level government and contractor personnel, dedicated to supporting the Electronic Systems Center organizations throughout the acquisition life cycle process.
HERBB The Hanscom AFB Electronic Request for Proposals Bulletin Board is the ESC web site maintained to promote continuous, open dialogue with Industry and academia on acquisitions, present and future, which ESC is involved with. It is managed by the ESC Acquisition Center of Excellence.
