The Planning, Evaluation, and Communications Office (PECO) is located in the Center for Information Technology’s (CIT) Executive Office, Office of the Director. As the focal point for CIT communications, PECO coordinates and disseminates information about CIT products and services that support and advance the mission of the NIH. In supporting the Executive Office, PECO provides strategic business and operational planning, analysis and evaluation; serves as the CIT IT acquisition clearance point; and provides leadership and support to competitive sourcing activities.
