Description

Analyze is a comprehensive software system developed for the Mayo clinic for displaying and analyzing multidimensional biomedical images. It has tools for interactive display, manipulation, and measurement of CT, MRI, SPECT, PET, ultrasound, and digital microscopy. Such tools include 2-D and 3-D image generation and display, 3-D model generation and display, image processing, segmentation, registration, fusion, mensuration, and quantitative analyzis.
