Rosetta Hands-On Workshop in May (Helix)

The Helix Systems is sponsoring a workshop on Rosetta (http://www.rosettacommons.org), to be taught by members of the Rosetta Design Group, the developers of Rosetta. This 3-day course will cover the functionalities of Rosetta, including: * Ab initio structure prediction * Fragment generation * Loop modeling * General homology modeling * Antibody homology modeling * Protein design * Protein-protein docking * Protein-protein interface analysis and design * Introduction to Rosetta 3.0 * Using Rosetta on the Biowulf cluster The workshop is free but registration is required.
