ClinicalTrials.gov  ClinicalTrials.gov provides regularly updated information about federally and privately supported clinical research in human volunteers. CRISP  CRISP (Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects) is a searchable database of federally funded biomedical research projects conducted at universities, hospitals, and other research institutions. The database, maintained by the Office of Extramural Research at the National Institutes of Health, includes projects funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP), Agency for Health Care Research and Quality (AHRQ), and Office of Assistant Secretary of Health (OASH). DXplain  DXplain is a decision support system which uses clinical findings (signs, symptoms, labs) to produce a ranked list of diagnoses. For each diagnosis, it provides justification for consideration, further clinical data to collect, and atypical findings. DXplain doesn’t offer definitive medical consultation and shouldn’t be used as a substitute for physician diagnostic decision making.  
EcoSal  EcoSal is the continually updated Web resource based on the classic ASM Press publication Escherichia coli and Salmonella: Cellular and Molecular Biology.

Protein Lounge  Protein Lounge is a collection of many interactive web-based databases and tools to help the life scientists access and analyze gene/protein data.  The databases include Pathway Database, siRNA Database, Peptide-Antigen Database, Protein Interaction Database, Kinase-Phosphatase Database, Transcription Factors Database, Disease Genes Database, Biochemical Compound Database and Protein Database. Proteome BioKnowledge Library  Six database volumes of biological information about proteins comprise BIOBASE's Proteome BioKnowledge Library®. Each volume focuses on a different organism important in pharmaceutical research. 

Proteome scientists manually collect and curate the information in each BioKnowledge Library volume from current scientific literature. The information in each volume represents thousands of independent research results. The BioKnowledge Library currently contains information about more than 60,000 scientific references on more than 80,000 proteins, including data on protein classification and function.
