Many
Wisconsin communities and counties are directly receiving funds through the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act under formula driven programs like the
Community Development Block Grant program or Byrne Program. This
spreadsheet lists some of the major direct funding that has been announced so
far, by federal agencies, for
