The link below is to a sortable, searchable excel spreadsheet of all requests submitted through this website. The spreadsheet will be updated one or more times each week and will show the date on which it was last updated. The spreadsheet does not contain submissions voluntarily withdrawn by the individual who submitted. An abbreviated static .pdf version of the spreadsheet is also available for those who may not have access to the software necessary to read the spreadsheet.
This list contains all projects submitted to this website. Projects have been submitted by state and local governmental units and by various other private and non-profit entities. The fact that a project has been submitted to the website by an entity and appears on this list of requests – including projects submitted by state entities – in no way means that the project is slated to receive funding. Voluntarily withdrawn submissions are not included on the website. No funding decisions have been made regarding the use of state managed formula federal stimulus funds.

Those who submitted a proposal and for any reason desire to withdraw their submission may do so by completing the electronic submission withdraw request form. A withdrawn submission will not be part of the public listing of submitted projects. But it will be archived for record retention and may be made available in response to public record requests.
