By The Numbers: FEMA Recovery Update in Louisiana
Since hurricanes Gustav and Ike hit the State of Louisiana, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and its federal partners have worked together helping those affected by the storms recover. So far, more than $300 million has been approved by FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for mission assignments, individual assistance, public assistance and SBA loans to hurricanes Gustav and Ike applicants.
