New Lesson Plans Help Bring
Inauguration to the Classroom
The AFT, in partnership with the NEA and the Presidential Inaugural Committee, has created inauguration-focused lesson plans to help educators discuss with their students the historic swearing-in of Barack Obama as president of the United States. The lesson plans are available at on the AFT Web site and from the Presidential Inaugural Committee.
Building Green Schools
