The dividend will be paid April 27 to shareholders of record on April 13. The auto parts retailer expects a loss of 59 cents to 69 cents a share in the fourth quarter and projected revenue of $466 million, down 10.1% from the same period in the previous year. Analysts projected the company to report a loss of 11 cents a share and revenue of $459.5 million in the quarter.
