Today in the Senate

The Senate will convene at 2:00 p.m. and proceed to the consideration of H.R.1, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

At 3:15 p.m., the Senate will proceed to three hours of debate on the nomination of Eric Holder to be Attorney General. At 6:15 p.m., the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Eric Holder, to be Attorney General.
