USW Headquarters Holiday Schedule
USW's Arlington, VA, headquarters will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, and Tuesday, Jan. 20, for Martin Luther King Day and the Presidential Inauguration. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern.




Production Down; Stocks Up: USDA (Jan. 12)
USDA released its World Agricultural Supply and Demand Report Jan. 12, showing projected global 2008/09 wheat production down 1.1 MMT from last month at 682.9 MMT. U.S. wheat ending stocks projection is raised 32 million bushels (871 MMT) with lower projected domestic use. Feed, seed, and residual use is also projected down. Click here to read more.
