Hawaii Cat Foundation (HCF) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
dedicated to the welfare of Hawaii's cats, with special focus on the humane reduction of
the stray and feral population through an effective, non-lethal management program. This
program consists of 3 main components: 1)Trap Neuter, Return, Monitor (TNRM) 2)Education
3)Sanctuary/Adoptions. HCF's Sanctuary is located in Kahaluu, Oahu on 1.25 acres providing
refuge for 150-200 cats. A visiting volunteer program also allows HCF's friends from out
of state to vacation with lodging provided in return for some volunteer
