New Gymnosperm Key and Grass Keys for All 50 States
New interactive keys are now available for all U.S. gymnosperm species, and all grass (Poaceae) species in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Links to PLANTS Profiles multiply the usefulness of these innovative tools.

Submit Your Digital Images
Contribute your photos to PLANTS! We are looking for accurately identified submissions of 100 or more images, preferably with supporting information including date and location.

Website Modernization
We are almost done modernizing PLANTS to fit the new USDA Web standard; only the Distribution Update remains.

We are also almost done converting software to improve performance and standardize development and application platforms. Only these remaining modules and functions will be temporarily inaccessible until they are upgraded:
