Web Bill
GSA associates and customers who lease government vehicles and/or purchase supplies are now able to access billing information through Web Bill, a web-based tool that allows users to generate online reports or download their billing information into Excel spreadsheets.
The GSA WebBill system was developed to allow GSA associates and customers the ability to efficiently research and analyze billing information through the Internet.
Customers also have the ability to generate reports, which can provide information such as total dollars spent on office supplies during a given period or total number of vehicles leased per quarter, calendar year, and/or fiscal year. Customers can also download their billing information into Excel spreadsheets to facilitate their reconciliation process.
