Defiance College augments the AmeriCorps Award in two ways
- A matching gift of $4,000 over 4 years ($1,000/year), and
- The Bonner Leader Award, for which up to 10 incoming students are awarded an $8,500 renewable scholarship.
Applicants must apply for admission to Defiance College and complete the Bonner Leader application form and process.
