Biodiesel can be manufactured from discarded cooking oil or from oils pressed from oil seeds. The equipment is simple and the cost of this fuel can be less than $1.00 per gallon

After purchasing a 70+ year old family orchard, the Hamiltons have transitioned the production of 700 apple tress to an organic system. This fall they will begin processing batches of organic cider and selling several varieties of organic apples.
