As the old saying goes..."If you don't like the weather today, just wait until tomorrow."  And as the weather changes, there is sometimes a picture waiting to be taken. 
Maybe it's a severe storm.  Or it could be a winter scene.  Then again, it might be something odd.  The possibilities are endless.

Heavy rain caused the Caddo River to go out of its banks at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia (Clark County) on 01/14/2007 Damaging straight-line winds downed a tree through a mobile home at Rison (Cleveland County) on 03/31/2007.
The first severe weather outbreak of the year occurred across southeast Arkansas on 02/24/2007. Five tornadoes were spawned, with Dumas (Desha County) hit especially hard. Here, a supermarket was destroyed in town. Damaging straight-line winds downed a tree through a mobile home at Rison (Cleveland County) on 03/31/2007.

 

Dangerous lightning was noted near Morrilton (Conway County) on 04/03/2007. There was a lot of rain across central and southern Arkansas to begin July, with this double rainbow captured in Little Rock (Pulaski County) on 07/02/2007.

At sunset, this shadow was cast across the sky by a cloud behind the trees near Pine Bluff (Jefferson County) on 07/28/2007. It looked like Fall at Tuckerman (Jackson County) in late August, 2007...with leaves on the ground prematurely due to worsening drought conditions.

It is believed that lightning was responsible for a fire at a U.S. Forest Service building north of Clarksville (Johnson County) early on 10/01/2007. Dense fog created poor visibility at the train station in Little Rock (Pulaski County) during the morning of 12/08/2007.
