Site Analysis for Development - Clay, Duval, Nassau, & St. Johns Counties

• The variables used for analysis include the following:
• Parcels greater than or equal to 50 acres
• Uplands on property greater than or equal to 60% per NWI data set
• Parcels in minimal Flood Zone only per FEMA Q3 data set
• A breakdown of parcels within Residential and Non-Residential Land Use

ESI performed analysis of lands within each county that met the client’s needs for development assessment using the variables listed above. The final submittal includes a map and report representing the contact information for each of the properties identified in the analysis. The identified parcels are joined to the county’s property appraiser’s database for current parcel information.
