The Client's goal was to identify useable upland areas within the 960 acre tract and also determine areas of suitable soils for onsite wastewater disposal. The challenges of this project included extensive areas of hydric soils and varying degrees of site disturbance resulting from years of silviculture.

Environmental Services, Inc conducted a comprehensive wetland delineation of the entire property and also conducted a detailed soil suitability evaluation to determine wastewater disposal options. An Archaeological survey was conducted along the water front as a condition of permits being issued for site construction. The project is ongoing and our services have helped the client maximize his land use while still protecting environmentally sensitive areas.
