The PBSJ Corporation provides construction management at-risk services through PBS&J Constructors, Inc., established in 1993, and Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary since December 2008.

Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc., which has served clients throughout the Southeast since 1963, is a full-service construction management at-risk company with particular expertise in design-build project delivery. PBS&J Constructors, which has provided construction management at-risk services primarily to the federal and civil infrastructure markets, has begun the process of combining resources with its sister company to pursue and execute new projects as part of Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc.

Together, these two companies provide a variety of services geared to both public- and private-sector clients. These services address the complexities inherent in construction management at-risk projects for clients including:
