- Fact Sheet on CERCLA/EPCRA Administrative Reporting Exemption for Air Releases of Hazardous Substances from Animal Waste at Farms (PDF) (2 pp, 57K, About PDF)
- EPA is delaying by sixty days the effective date of the SPCC rule amendments that were published in the Federal Register on December 5, 2008. EPA additionally is requesting public comment on the extension of the effective date and its duration, and on the regulatory amendments contained in the final rule.
- EPA proposes rule to exempt certain milk containers and associated piping and appurtenances from the SPCC rule.
- EPA revises the definition of "navigable waters" in the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule to comply with a court decision.
