Dominion offers several programs to help our customers who are having trouble paying their bills, especially those who may have missed one or more payments. The key thing is to call us as soon as possible so we can discuss ways to help. We also are providing information on other resources that may be helpful. Dominion Programs If you are finding it difficult to pay your Dominion bill, we offer a variety of programs that might be beneficial: Energy Assistance Programs -- EnergyShare helps customers in financial need to pay heating and cooling (where applicable) bills, even if the bill is not for electricity.

• Bill-payment Options -- Budget Billing allows you to even out your monthly bill over the year. In some states, you can request a payment extension or take advantage of Energy Choice options.
  
  
• Seniors and Medical Customers -- Third Party Notice is particularly helpful to those who have responsibility for helping others make sure bills are paid. With Third Party Notice, a customer-designated relative, friend, clergy or social service agency can be notified before the customer's service is about to end because of non-payment.
  
  
• Medical Equipment Notification Request — If you or someone in your household requires the use of electrically-powered, life-support equipment, use our request form to be added to our medical conditions list. (Select: Virginia or North Carolina)
