We recognize the need for attorneys of varied backgrounds and skills, and offer an inclusive environment that relies on diverse perspectives to ensure that we effectively serve the American people.

Entry Level Attorneys: The Attorney General's Honor's Program
The Attorney General's Honors Program is the Department's recruitment program for entry-level attorneys and is the only way the Department hires graduating law students. Judicial law clerks and full-time graduate law program (L.LM) students are also eligible.
