1710 – 1755 MHz Relocation Effort

Justice Management Division
Serving Justice - Securing Results

The Department of Justice established a Spectrum Relocation Project Office within the Wireless Management Office (WMO) to oversee the 1710-1755 MHz spectrum relocation process for all affected Justice Systems.

The JSC is providing a process for DOJ Advanced Wireless Service (AWS) coordination through a web-based portal (https://www.pcnportal.net/doj.html).  The DOJ AWS portal is a secure website built with a tracking database to record all data exchanged between parties.  The information contained within the portal is viewable only by the authorized account holders of the AWS Submitter, and the DOJ technical team, and other approved government users.

Going forward, all Prior Coordination Notices (PCN’s) are to be submitted via the DOJ AWS portal.  A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a portal account are required prior to the submission of requests to the DOJ for early access to the spectrum. Please direct any portal questions to AWS.Portal@jsc-eses.com.
