 On-Farm Food Safety Workshops

Rural Roots, in partnership with the Western Center for Risk Management Education, presents

On-Farm Food Safety Education: A Hands-On Approach to Risk Management Education

.

This programming is a follow-up to our 2008 spring Food Safety workshops. The friendly farmer-to-farmer workshop series will be offered on farms to see firsthand how producers identify and mitigate food safety risks. Look for on-farm workshops starting in May of 2009 in Idaho, Eastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon.

Also, be sure to check our Calendar of Events frequently for more upcoming activities!
