Gov. Pat Quinn (D-IL) addressed the House Chamber after his swearing in ceremony following the impeachment of Rod Blagojevich. The Senate President spoke at a news conference on the decision, by a vote of 59 to 0, to remove Blagojevich as governor of Illinois.
