The Republican National Committee (RNC) is holding its annual winter meeting, "Republican For A Reason." Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) spoke to attendees to discuss how the GOP can regain its strength nationwide. The RNC elects a party Chairman on Friday.
