TRANSIT SUBSIDY
SMARTBENEFITS PROGRAM
Effective October 2002, USDA will participate
in the SmarTrip Card Program. The
SmarTrip Card is another alternative for eligible transit subsidy participants
(those who use ALL of their Metrocheks as Metrorail farecards) to receive
their transit subsidy benefits. It
is not mandatory that a participant transfer to the SmarTrip Card Program.
