Notice of Request for Reclearance of Form RI 20-80

- In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980
(title 44, U.S. Code, chapter 35), this notice announces
a request for reclearance of an information collection.
Form RI 20-80, Alternative Annuity Election, is used for
individuals who are eligible to elect whether to receive
a reduced annuity and a lump-sum payment equal to their
retirement contributions (alternative form of annuity) or
an unreduced annuity and no lump sum.

Notice of Request for Expedited Review of Revised Form RI
10-72
- In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980
(title 44, U.S. Code, chapter 35), this notice announces
a request for expedited review of a revised information
collection. Form RI 10-72, Client Satisfaction Survey, is
used to determine how well the Office of Personnel
Management has served federal civil service annuitants
and survivor annuitants.

Notice of Request for a New Clearance of Survey Form
``How Do You Rate Your Health Plan?''
- In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980
(title 44, U.S. Code, chapter 35), this notice announces
a request for clearance of a new information collection.
The survey form, How Do You Rate Your Health Plan
(Fee-For-Service or HMO version) is used to determine how
enrollees rate the services they receive from their FEHB
health plan.

- This document contains corrections to the final
regulations which were published on Wednesday, January
25, 1995, (60 FR 5044). The regulations updated the list
of agents designated to accept service of process in
garnishment actions.

Notice of Request for Extension of INV Forms 40-44
Submitted to OMB for Clearance
- In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980
(title 44, U.S. Code, chapter 35), this notice announces
the reclearance of forms used to request information by
mail for use in OPM nvestigations. These investigations
are conducted to determine suitability for Federal
employment and/or the ability to hold a security
clearance, as prescribed in Executive Orders 10450 and
10577 and 5 U.S.C. 3301.

- April 7, 1995:
Bringing Nonpermanent Excepted Positions Into the
Competitive Service
- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to
revise its regulations governing retention of employees
whose excepted positions are brought into the competitive
service to permit the employees to receive term
appointments if their excepted appointments had time
limits longer than 1 year. This would avoid hardship to
the employees, who could otherwise be retained only as
temporary employees without benefits.
