Agency Annual Reports Non-Federal Recipients report under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 529 are due yearly by December 29. Exchange/Sale Annual Report under the authority of FMR 102-39.85 is due yearly by December 29. Negotiated Sales Report under the authority of FMR 102-38.330 is due yearly by November 30.
