Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

Phase I ESAs - Since the firm was formed, ESI has completed over 3,000 ESAs.  This includes tracts of raw land up to 44,000 acres, developed commercial and industrial properties, residential properties, and agricultural lands.

Phase I Corridor ESAs - Corridor ESAs, particularly for transportation, pipeline and utility projects, are useful for determining right-of-way footprints during the planning stages to avoid or limit project activities being associated with contaminated soil or ground water.
