Soil Suitability

Soil Suitability Assessments (SSAs) provide valuable information about the soils’ ability to support development improvements.  Soil suitability tests allow planners, developers and builders to make decisions on how to best utilize a site and how they can reduce potential negative impacts to the environment. 

Soil suitability testing is generally a pre-purchase, due diligence service that does not include an engineering inspection which would determine the structural integrity of on-site soils by conducting load bearing tests or other geotechnical engineering evaluations.
