HUD-Approved Environmental Assessments

When a project consists of a change in use, a major rehabilitation, or a new construction of more than four (4) single family residences together, and is not categorically excluded, a full environmental assessment, including a NEPA study, is required. ESI has HUD-trained staff capable of evaluating the significance of the effects of the proposed project on the character, features and resources of the project area.
