This is a one-day training and networking event for federal mail professionals whose responsibilities include mail management, mail room operations and security, freight, transportation, or printing. The program includes an opening session with a keynote address by GSA's Deputy Administrator, Mr. Barney Brasseaux and presentation of individual and group best practices awards. A major goal of the Forum is to provide training in best practices in mail centers, operations, and management. Scheduled workshops and plenary sessions include: Mail Center Security Digital Mail Green Mail Intelligent Mail Mail Accountability Customer Service Job Security and Uncertain Times/Networking Challenges Establishing a Remote Delivery Site Mail Center Training Requirements Registration is open to all federal agencies.
