The President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll program for 2007 is now underway!

The Honor Roll recognizes colleges and universities for their encouragement and support for noteworthy student community service efforts.

The new web-based and user-friendly Honor Roll application is now available on the Corporation’s website, www.nationalservice.gov/honorroll, along with detailed information about this year’s Honor Roll program.

Applications are due no later than October 5, 2007. Data reported in the application are for the period July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007. All accredited, degree-granting colleges and universities in the U.S. are eligible to apply. Previous Honor Roll members and Presidential Award winners are welcome to apply again.

Honor Roll members will be announced and the Honor Roll awards ceremony will be held during the annual conference of the American Council on Education (ACE) in February 2008 in San Diego, California.
