Web-Based Customer Satisfaction Survey for Commissions

Dear Commission Colleagues,

We want to know: how satisfied are you?

On behalf of AmeriCorps and the Corporation for National and Community Service, within the next few weeks the CFI Group, LLC (www.cfigroup.com) will electronically invite your commission to complete a web-based Customer Satisfaction survey. Organizations who have been engaged with the agency for a minimum of seven months are invited to participate in this survey. The survey is designed so that we can better understand your experiences as AmeriCorps resource recipients; particularly about your level of satisfaction with the dynamics of our program and the services that we provide. We will use the survey’s results to guide us toward specific areas for improvement, as well as help us to strengthen our relationship with you and others with whom we collaborate.

We have worked diligently to make this questionnaire as quick and easy to answer as possible. When responding, please answer on behalf of the collective experiences of your commission, from the current federal fiscal year to the present. If the survey asks about experiences that you are not that familiar with, please--feel free to ask a colleague for assistance. We want and need to hear from you. In doing so, it is important that the survey is completed in its entirety, unless there is a section that is not appropriate for your commission.

Thank you again for participating in our improvement efforts and for your commitment to service. Your voice will be heard, and it will be reflected in the work of AmeriCorps and in the Corporation for National and Community Service as a whole. If you have any questions regarding this survey, please contact Brooke Nicholas at bnicholas@cns.gov.
