Take the Road to Financial Security in Later Life - The cornerstone curriculum for this initiative. Developed to increase knowledge of issues regarding later life financial security and to help consumers assess their preparedness for later life financial security and create a plan of action to meet their personal needs and goals.
Catch-Up Strategies for Late Savers - This program is specifically designed for middle-aged and older persons who need to ramp up their savings in order to secure a comfortable retirement. Included in this group are procrastinators with little or no past or current savings, people who are now making a serious effort to save but need to make up for lost time, and people who invested previously and lost some of their retirement savings.
America Saves - This program represents a partnership between the Land-Grant/Cooperative Extension System and America Saves -- a national campaign to encourage all Americans to save and build wealth and to reduce debt -- managed by the Consumer Federation of America.
Investing for Your Future - Teaches consumers basic concepts about investing; designed for the beginner with small dollar amounts to invest.
Legally Secure Your Financial Future: Organize, Communicate, Prepare - A three seminar program designed to educate participants to evaluate their legal status related to later life issues, develop a personal action plan, and take important steps to safeguard their families' financial future. This web site contains all the tools an educator needs to plan, market, implement and evaluate this program.
