Senior Corps provides grants to more than 1,300 nonprofit organizations and public agencies which, in turn, place older adult volunteers in service opportunities to help the organizations meet their core missions.

Senior Corps provides funding through its three programs—Foster Grandparent, Senior Companion, and RSVP.

Please note that Senior Corps provides grants only to organizations, not to individuals.

A Note on Applications and Funding Availability

Applications for new Senior Corps grants are accepted only when funding is available. Senior Corps will notify the public when new grants are being accepted by posting a notice at www.grants.gov and at in our Funding Opportunities section.
