Scars and Marks: Shi has a tattoo on his right hand and a brand (horseshoe over an arrow) on his upper left arm.
Remarks: Shi is an avid billiards player. He reportedly has worked in the 'Chinese Underground', a system wherein Chinese restaurant workers move from restaurant to restaurant, live in housing provided by the restaurant owners, and are paid without appropriate reporting. Shi has ties to New York; Pennsylvania; New Jersey; Winston Salem, North Carolina; Kansas City, Missouri; California; and Minnesota.

CAUTION

Chen Shi is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of Zihui Liu, a Chinese National female attending Jacksonville State University, in Jacksonville, Alabama. The victim was reported missing in October of 1996. Her body was discovered by utility workers in a drainage ditch, south of Glencoe, Alabama, in December of 1996.

On September 28, 2005, a felony arrest warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Seventh Judicial District, Anniston, Alabama, after Shi was indicted for murder. Shi was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on January 12, 2006.
