Mid-Atlantic Federal Buildings

The Mid-Atlantic Region is home to more than 82 federally owned buildings, as well as 624 leased regional facilities. GSA's Mid-Atlantic Region manages more than 32 million square feet of government owned and leased space. Please follow the state links for a listing of significant GSA owned and operated buildings in the region:

• Delaware;
• Maryland (excluding Montgomery and Prince George's counties*);
• New Jersey (southern);
• Pennsylvania;
• Virginia (excluding the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince Williams counties*); and
• West Virginia.

In general, federal building hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors having business with specific agencies within a federal building are advised to check with that agency for its respective business hours.
