Cultural Arts Endowment Fundraiser a Success!
fran__bill_2.jpgThe NWIC Development Office is pleased to announce that the 2008 Northwest Indian College Foundation Cultural Arts Endowment Benefit Dinner and Auction was a success. With the help of our donors, volunteers and various supporters we raised $46,000.00 (gross)  towards the Cultural Arts Endowment in the name of Fran “Chetopie” and Bill “Tsi’lixw” James. The endowment is in recognition of the lifelong commitment of Fran and Bill James and in support of future generations. Northwest Indian College Foundation hopes to motivate others to get involved in the movement to revive the cultural arts. Contributions will benefit student scholarships and materials as well as programming in the Cultural Arts at Northwest Indian College. Your contribution will impact, influence and inspire generations of students throughout Indian Country.
