RSVP volunteer Elizabeth Houston tutors elementary school students in Tennessee. A former elementary school teacher, she constantly searches for ways to motivate, encourage, and reinforce the students during their tutoring sessions. As a tutor, she believes she has the power to enrich and improve each child's reading skills and self-esteem. Her goal is to show the children she works with how to find and master skills that will bring them lifelong pleasure. |
