Colombian coffee has long been recognized worldwide for its high quality and distinctive taste. For the first time in Arbor Day Specialty Coffee history, you have the opportunity to purchase coffee beans from Colombia, hand-selected from the forests of this great coffee-producing nation.
Colombia produces 12% of the world's coffee, but only a small percentage of that is grown beneath the rain forest canopy. This unique coffee comes directly from one of the few remaining lots which still produce coffee in the traditional shade-grown way, Mesa de los Santos.

Cupping notes: Medium acidity, pronounced floral notes, deep subtle fruit, semi sweet, medium body, delicate chocolate notes...smooth, super balanced, clean, peach/apricot notes, long pleasing finish.
